About Me

My love of textiles, colors and design comes from a deep family history. My grandmother was  a noted interior designer in Georgia and my mother owned her own business specializing in  high-end women’s wear made from hand-painted fabrics. This legacy enriches my own work  and supports my passion every day for every client.

I work primarily with private clients to help them fulfill their dreams about the look and feel  of their homes. Whatever my clients’ specific goals, I work hard to build on their ideas and preferences. In every home, fabrics, colors, wallpapers, furniture and table cloths tell a story about the owners. My job is to ensure that a home’s design and decor communicate perfectly the owner’s personality, style and values.

To build on my family’s legacy, I earned a degree in fashion design from the Art Institute of  Philadelphia, with an additional focus on textiles. I have worked as a fabric and furniture  specialist for several companies including CILLA, Brunswick & Fils, Duralee and the Kellogg Collection.

I have worked with private clients since 2012, and started my own company in 2013. My  business has grown largely through word-of-mouth.  My goal for all clients is to make their ideas become a reality within a budget that is realistic for them by listening and collaborating closely with them. Sometimes this means linking colors from a favorite painting to fabrics in the room, or finding just the right upholstery for a living room chair or redesigning a hallway for a cherished heirloom. I love my work because I bring fun, innovation and good design into my clients’ lives every day.
